Commission Terms
- Commission work will only begin after both parties reach an agreement and a 40% deposit of the agreed amount is received.
- Hydan reserves the right to reject any commission request at their discretion.
- Refunds will not be issued once the commission work has been completed.
- Commissioned artwork generally includes a HYDAN logo or watermark.
- To receive the final artwork without any HYDAN identifier, an additional 10% fee applies.
- High-quality reference images are strongly encouraged to achieve the best results.
